Entry Level Accounting Specialist

Coppell, TX

Company Overview

Helistar Transporation, LLC. provides safety and compliance services related to drayage and long haul truck transportation. We also analyze the demands of our customers and deliver (lease) appropriate transportation assets, and perform integrated maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of accounting tasks related to the documentation, recording, processing, and filing of accounts.
• Coordinate and arrange all modes of import/export services for international goods.
• Communicate with various contacts (customers, vendors, partners, etc.) to process shipments.
• Expedite clearance and delivery to meet clients` requirements, A/R, and A/P.
• Maintain and compile operational information, including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data.
• Provide daily activity reports to management.
• Review invoices for proper documentation and process check requests.
• Maintain accurate files and documentation in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Korean & English
• Ability to work under fast-paced environment and pressure
• Attention to detail
• Strong service-oriented mindset
• Ability to multi-task
• Excel skill and MS Word proficiency required

Salary Range:
