Position – Air Freight Forwarding Specialist

Location: EULESS, TX

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and process air import & export shipments, including arranging trucking pick ups & drop offs, communicating with customs clearance brokers, and co-op with CFS warehouse department.
• Generate billing invoices using FNS system to send AR invoices to customers.
• Manage monthly AP invoice from the vendors to ensure payments are made on-time from accounting department.
• Make reports to operation managers on daily/weekly basis.
