Driver Dispatcher

Location: Coppell, TX

Entry Level - Intermediate Level

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers to pull shipments out of the ports and delivery to customer`s receiving sites. 
• Coordinate with Customer service team on scheduling deliveries. 
• Update Transportation Management System to maintain clear visibilities on the status.
• Manage the drivers, checking on requirements and providing essential trainings with Safety team. 
  

Qualifications

• Experience in customer services.
• Organizational, interpersonal communication and computer skills.
• Detail-oriented and work effectively while meeting all applicable deadlines.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional atmosphere for, co-workers and customers.
  
• Prefer experienced candidate
